Solaiemes unveils its multimodality technology based on AVISG Platform. 5/September/2008
Madrid , September 5th, 2008. Solaiemes unveils its multimodality technology, compatible with most IVR and not needing on device application. The historical Solaiemes approach is using the native handset features and avoiding as much as possible the On Device Application and our solutions is based on combining voice call and browser.
The tested architecture combines our usability platform AVISG with a commercial IVR. Solaiemes multimodality solution is compatible with most of IVR providers, using standard protocols or a specific communication bus API we provide. With this approach, companies using a phone CRM can migrate to multimedia CRM in mobility, reusing their voice infrastructure reducing CAPEX/OPEX expenses of migrating from voice-CRM to voice/multimedia CRM services.
AVISG provides perfect synchronism between voice and/or keypad orders and the XHTML rendered, several XHTML could be defined to take maximum profit of each browser capabilities, as one of key feature of AVISG is the multi-device optimal info rendering.
Whatever 3G handset (simultaneous voice and data capable) or GPRS / EDGE class A capable are compatible with our approach. It is not needed a powerful smartphone with open OS. We tested with several handset manufacturers, focusing in mid tier series. The potential users target is the highest in the market.
