Solaiemes announces new members to complete the management team. 3/November/07.
Madrid. Solaiemes announces new members of the management team. In order to drive the company growth, technology leverage, and contribute to the early success of the company business areas, Saúl Labajo, José María Recio and Luis Valencia had joined Solaiemes.
Saúl Labajo has been appointed as VP Sales and Support. Saúl, with a strong background in IT Consultancy, leading huge SOA and integration projects (in telco and banking fields) in his previous role at GFI, will develop the sales and support organization. As a dual role he will lead the Usability Product Line.
Jose María Recio has been appointed as VP Consultancy. Jose will create the Solaiemes consultancy business, focused in technology strategy for carriers, MVNO's and big enterprise. Solaiemes will become a key partner to evaluate/choose infrastructure vendors to optimize CAPEX/OPEX. With an impressive background in mobility areas he was a key player at GPRS/UMTS packet core and PoC/IMS product management and architecture at Motorola. In parallel he is expected to act as internal consultant for product feature planning roadmap, getting feedback from customers and translating to product leaders in order to enhance and align with customer's requirements, our product portfolio.
Luis Valencia has been appointed as VP IMS Based Product Line. Luis, with a long career in telecom software including legacy switching at Alcatel, network simulation tools and UMTS product at Motorola spent the last 2 years in IMS CSCF development. His understanding of IP Core points him as the natural lead of our compelling portfolio of Application Servers and Solution Enablers based on IMS. Luis also will lead the employee committee and coaching in order to ensure Solaiemes as a preferred company, attracting the true talent to create with us.
