LiveServe Media Server

LiveServe Media Server is the LiveServe product component serving media for downlink based VideoShare solutions. The LS Media Server:

• Manages VideoShare SIP signalling to ConverG and/or the IMS core and/or Videogateways.

• Streams RTP media to final peers according to 3GPP standard formats.

• Communicates in 2-ways to other solution servers (by 3rd parties) related to different use cases for serving DL real-time video (news, security, CRM, IVR, multimedia-ERP). The BUS Manager product component can be installed in various customer solutions in order to perform requests (play to peer, stop, cancel, pause, etc) to the MediaServer and receive status updates about request execution and completion. 

Initial use cases when using the downlink Server for Mobile VideoShare (IMS or privately hosted) are:

• Mobile Video-Advertisement / Marketing.

• IVVR (Video IVR), smooth integration with premise & cloud IVR providers.
  

• Advanced CRM / ERP.

• News and Content distribution.
