LiveServe

Solaiemes LiveServe is the brand associated with video share based mobile solutions. The LiveServe product itself refers to the customizable server allowing uplink VideoShare (IMS or privately hosted) solutions.

LiveServe is portable across different hardware platforms that support J2EE. LiveServe products provide multi-client videosharing desktop panels with real time streaming displays from end user devices, real time streaming storage, and playback / zoom capabilities at the image side. LiveServe also provides audio control for incoming streams while allowing the user to choose which channels to receive audio return and which channels for audio reception at any given moment. Initial product realizations are capable of 4 to 8 simultaneous channels with the ability to receive audio/video from 3G VideoShare (and configurable) enabled handsets (currently Nokia N Series), and internet-based SIP standard soft phones.

Initial target use cases:

• Police and Emergency. Real time video from end user mobile device available at the police station to help with situation decision making. In parallel the video and audio streams are stored for legal use after the event.
• Services Companies (gardening, cleaning, maintenance, etc). Creating visual task-reporting and documentation about before/after situations, with no paper or pictures to be managed offline (simply with a mobile handset).
• Health Care. Sending real time information in Ambulatory Major Surgery (AMS). The injury/scar could be monitored by hospital staff or primary physician after patient release without the need for return hospital or doctor office visits unless directed by the doctor.
• Life media / personal Blogging. Real time outdoor video available at websites (online newspapers and radio stations become full multimedia).
